He never showed up. The number on bidvine and the website were changed despite me booking a job (when I called the day before the job to once again confirm the appointment, a random man picked up questioning who I was and telling me that he did not represent any cleaning services as he had just changed to that number). Therefore, between the time that we agreed on a time, date and price and the day of the job (around 3 weeks), he changed his number without contacting me and has not replied on bidvine or his website which I have also tried to use to contact him.
