About Awakening Inner Light
My personal journey through two burnouts and the search for 'more' lead me on the spiritual path which allowed me to heal from my burnout and find my purpose: helping others regain their energy, their power, find their inner peace and true self. I am the right fit for you if you are looking for a way to de-stress, relax and calm your mind and if you are open to let go to step up. In my sessions I combine shamanic and classic Usui Reiki techniques to remove blockages and increase the energy flow. This will kick-start your self-healing powers. I will guide you on your healing journey and give you personalised hands-on tips that you can implement in your day to day between our sessions. Looking forward to supporting you!

OMG! You will not find a better instructor. Ellie is so responsive to your needs, breaks everything down and she absolutely loves what she does. In just 1 class I improved my poses and standing stance. Ellie made me want to continue my yoga journey when I was about to give up from the group sessions. The amazing thing is Ellie will set you up with the core skills you need to do yoga anywhere. You cannot get that kind of dedication in a class. She would do the poses with me and then study what I was doing and correct me always in a friendly and encouraging manner. She also talks to you - a lot! Always asking questions and asking the right questions to make sure you get the best experience. Highly recommend her and when this lockdown ends really hope to see her again. Although she is offering online classes too. Thank you Ellie, you have been a godsend and you are an amazing teacher. Namaste
