They stole my television and refused to pick my calls since then. At the time of booking, we agreed on a 2 hours session with 2 men and client came with 3 men and a very small van. They wasted time talking and wanted to charge for 4 hours for a move that was less than a 5 minutes drive between the old house and the new house. This move has previously been done in less than 90 minutes. Do not use them!!!. They have now been reported to the police.
Hi Amy I text you the terms and condition's before doing the job. And you agreed it. You book the van and two man service so I made it very clearly that you booked only for 2 hours if it goes more than 2 hours there will be additional charge and you agreed it (I have the full text conversation as proof) and at the booking day you cancelled the booking when i ask you. You made some kind stupid excuses i did not even charge you for cancellation. You made the booking and you were not their on the side your mother made a big scene after finishing the job i kept on calling you and text you but you never called or text me and the allegation that your TV has stolen by me is completely wrong bull shift you were not even their and i called you next day also you never pickup the phone (As a proof i got the pictures of the stuff which we moved and text conversation and the calls which i have made but you did not pickup the phone and even the voicemail any how nothing happens by giving this type of wrong reviews. Still you owe me for 2 hours £150.00
