I have been training with Alex since November and can highly recommend him as PT. He is very knowledgeable and puts a lot of thought into planning his sessions/ always tries to mix it up with different workouts.

Alex is great, I am very happy I came across him. We have been working together for 4 months, and I am seeing definite results He knows his stuff, and adjusts the sessions to suit my needs. We exercise outside, which is a nice touch during the pandemic. He mixes things up to keep it interesting I recommend Alex to everyone who's looking to hire a trainer. He's flexible and supportive, but tough when he needs to be, pushing me outside of my comfort zone.

Alex is just the best. He gives me a focused one hour every week, concentrating on what I need- more core strength and better form on all my exercises. He varies every class, is totally reliable and very good value. I think he should put his prices up.

I have had four sessions with Alex now and am so pleased. He tailors the workouts to meet my goals but keeps things varied and pays attention to make sure the sessions are pitched at the perfect level of difficulty. He is also really encouraging and professional, and is happy to meet near to my work/home which is really helpful. Great value and great service!

I HIGHLY recommend Alex. I've been training with Alex for about a month and a half now and I already see clear results. Alex is persistent with me, constantly changes up the workout so I don't get bored and is flexible and understanding of my unpredictable schedule. You get your full hour's worth of workout so it's also great value for money. Really excellent experience overall so far.

Alexander Kelly, is, firstly, a very charming and friendly person. He has been very understanding of our initial capabilities and is building our strengths at each session. He is making a huge difference to our fitness and well being and is very clear, at all times, in telling us what the different excersises are doing to improve our overall ability. He is adding more moves each week as he sees fit in our improvements. We have certainly seen a significant change in our overall suppleness and health. He is always aware of our capabilities and is very serious in making sure that we are able to do the moves without over straining.

Since starting with Alex on training 2-3 times per week .. he has listened to my needs and tailored a program to suit me, which has been great and boosted my confidence to work hard to achieve my goals .. The workouts are good and he really pushes me to perform at my best .. correcting me at every stage, so I know each workout is done right.. I will continue with Alex as I feel he can get me to my goals a lot quicker than other trainers. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to workout, Alex is great and always ready to get you going on your goals !! 👍🏻👍🏻
