Great progress with Akim since day one. I started out quite unconfident and thought it might not be worth it. In the end, I'm far happier in general, great session and communication on how to execute the exercises correctly and what benefits they bring. I'd highly recommend Akim if you want to get yourself in the right frame of mind, and make some changes to how you do exercise in your spare time for the better.
