Aaryn has an uncanny ability to balance giving clear guidance and insight, with space and autonomy to thrive… Deeply focused on delivering excellent results, working with her was an experience I shall not soon forget and an absolute privilege.

Questions & answers

What should customers know about your pricing? (E.g. estimates, discounts, fees, package pricing)
I offer the most accessible, flexible & affordable 1-1 (and group) online coaching formats - specifically developed for building new habits and behaviours (in a covid-challenged economy). Lock in your positive habit goals with the standard £20 weekly text-based subscription for 1-1 coaching. Put subscriptions on holiday - pause or cancel any time. Add on phone/zoom/skype extras as needed / wanted. No long contracts. Just a great online new habit / new routine building experience. Or ask about joining one of my online groups for only £5 a week. Private spaces where up to 25 folks are building the same habit together, supporting each other's milestones, collaborating for mutual success.. and sharing the £benefits of professional Habit Coaching attention. And when you've successfully established one habit? Add on (or hop over to) another group building the next habit of your choice. Simple, efficient and super-affordable!
What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?
I have an onboarding process specifically for 1-1 habit coaching which emphasises starting the first small action step within 48 hours. 1. Starting with a quick survey and chat 2. We identify the 1st behaviour / skill / situation you want to improve 3. And then we choose the starting habit action to build up from Once you're confidently repeating that very 1st baby habit action for a few days - Yay! Well done you - We uncover your preferred level of support naturally; as we supergrow your 'beanstalk seed' of a habit all the way into the sky, experimenting with: - text chat frequency e.g. daily / every other or 2 x a week. - accountability preferences e.g. Check in every day? Want to provide proof? How many days awol before I start chasing? - knowledge sharing preferences e.g want ideas/guidance or strictly accountability? As consistency hits 'the sweet spots', we get to level up into a stable habit pattern of just-the-right size, frequency, etc.. for your improvement goal. Allow 30-90 days for simple goals like: - meditate daily - complete top 3 tasks every weekday 60+ days for goals like: - design a brilliant stress reduction routine - develop a practice of deep focus
What education or training is most relevant to your work?
My knowledge draws from science and business. I know about: brain circuitry, behaviour conditioning, positive psychology, stress/trauma responses, key drivers of focus, critical thinking clarity, mood/energy/emotion regulation; key drivers of productivity, creative thinking, speed learning, project mgt, bootstrap start-ups and side-hustle awesomeness. When you need it. When you want it. Habit Coaching - a specialist skill - has proven far more effective at developing new habits than traditional weekly/monthly calls. I'm a fully Certified Habit Coach. Trained by the #1 Habit tracking website on the planet. The team have 1-1 coached over 20,000 people into new habits of their choice. And when a site has the data of over 2 million folks worldwide, tracking and building every conceivable habit over 5-6 years... we learn a lot! Hopefully, to your personal advantage? Prior to adding the specialisation of Online Habit Coaching to my toolbox, I qualified as a traditional Certified Coach in 2010, adding Coaching to an Entrepreneurship Consultancy Service for Startups. Helping Founders build their dream business. A group for whom productivity and positive habits r e a l l y matter.
Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
Positive habits building and productivity skills development takes time (aka practice) to embed and layer up in a stable form. Also, critical aspects of a speedly, successful journey are irritatingly counter-intuitive. That's when our intuition or common sense - with the best of intentions - nevertheless invites failure. So always, always look for a specialist habit coaching support service which is realistically affordable for the 3-6+ months you'll need to develop a robust multi-habit routine / skillset: and for it to start powerfully hauling in the (whole life) results that put a huge, accomplished smile on your face. The great news is, once you really know how to build one habit set.. you know how to build them all !! Frequent mini check-ins for habit momentum, accountability, adapting, pivoting, levelling up and layering is very important. That’s what delivers an extremely high success rate. Compared to the traditional weekly/monthly 1hr phone call approach. Traditional really can’t compete. But it can compliment, as an add on service very nicely, depending upon the improvement speed/goal desired or the more complicated obstacles in your way to outmaneuver.
What questions should customers have ready before speaking to pros about their project?
What's on your mind? Is the question I start with... Via a free phone convo or msg exchange about where you are, what you want; and what's in the way. Ask "What IS on my mind? What's my real challenge?". Make some bullet/mind-map notes to bring to initial 'are we a good fit?' calls. This'll help keep a pro's attention on points of higher priority for you. It's also a road map for FAQs: - areas of my habit coaching you're curious about - the 'hitch in your giddy-up' or 'glitch in your matrix' that you're looking to improve - what's truly bothering you. - any Qs about the mobile/laptop app side of things. Which baseline service are you drawn to? - £20 per week 1-1 subscription or - £5 per week group subscription for bring in the change you want? Because optional call extras are supposed to be just that - personal add-ons. It'll alleviate any internal tension between wanting to reach out, and that knot we get in our chest when unsure "how this sort of thing goes". It'll 'go' according to your notes. Subscription habit coaching sells itself: so I don't have to. View your chat with any pro as 'putting your feelers out'. Sizing things up, following the path of your bullet points.
What are some good examples of past customers?
Based upon 10 years of coaching experiences I'd say that clients who: - wanted to develop a practice of focus are a very good fit - wanted help completing important work and rescue their time from too much 'busy work' or shallow tasks - wanted to craft energising morning rituals (or other similar routines) to simplify and streamline life - those who love to start learning/skill-development/creative projects. But have trouble finishing what they started. - those wanting to finally 'fix' a simple habit they've been try to stick to, on-and-off for a while, and are ready to learn the smart way. Those looking for help as they're having trouble building a habit.. but then insisted on repeating old process mistakes over and over to "speed things up" usually £££cost themselves er.. more :( There is the way most people try to habit build. I've seen UK/USA new habit attempt failure rates quoted as high as 96% And then there's the proven successful habit building method which has success rates equally high. I coach the successful method. But I can't make clients leave 20th century thinking in the 20th century. If you're ready to start small.. so that you get to go big, we'll do just fine.
