About Aaron Pursey Personal Trainer

Hey everyone, I'll try and keep this short and sweet. Having been a professional chef since leaving school and working up to head chef, I took a year out to travel the world and live abroad. I found my interests such as calisthenic workouts, gym, and gymnastics, inspired other people to train and start their fitness journeys, this is what fuelled my career in the fitness industry. I am also part of a calisthenic's team called Barsparta if you have not heard of us or seen our stuff check us out on Instagram. I believe that working out shouldn't be classed as work, so I will always find new ways to make it more enjoyable and inject fun into fitness. I also take a holistic view of fitness and believe a healthy lifestyle is key to achieving certain goals. Each workout plan is tailor-made to each individual and their goals, with the option of nutritional advice and meal plans to help you become the best version of you. I highly recommend Aaron as a Personal Trainer - you won't be disappointed. He takes in all of your goals and what you would like to achieve and tailors your workout to this so you can get maximum results. Even when you don't think you can do it - he will push you to the best of your ability. For example I have never boxed in my life - wouldnt have even thought I cohld throw a decent punch and today I am doing combinations that I would have only dreamed of. Not only do you get great sessions that vary - so you don't get bored but he is always happy to give nutritional advice. Best PT by far!!

I really enjoyed my sessions with Aaron. I wanted to improve my upper body strength. Each session was different and varied (we even did boxing once). Aaron is very friendly and has a relaxed approach to coaching while ensuring each session is challenging. I could really feel I was getting stronger.

I met Aaron at the gym as I attended his cycle classes. The high standard of the class encouraged me to approach him about personal training. Aaron was extremely thorough and professional, ensuring I received the best out of my workouts. I would definitely recommend Aaron to anybody.

I cannot recommend Aaron enough! I've tried a couple if personal trainers in the past but never felt satisfied. Aaron really listens and takes all of my goals into account.. providing encouragement throughout and after sessions. I am now stronger than I ever imagined (I couldn't even do a push up before) and have completely changed my life style / eating habits, thanks to his knowledge and dedication. Hes also really flexible with times and days which mears I can still get a session in after work.

I would highly recommend Aaron as he is a great personal trainer and really listens to what you want to achieve. His workouts are customed to your goals and will make sure you achieve them. I have tried many personal trainers but felt like they never understand what I want. With Aaron, he creates a personalised plan for you and always delivers. And trust me if you have a goal in mind he will make sure you reach that goal. And even if you train 1 day a week with him, he still makes sure to catch up with you during the week and keeps an eye on you to make sure your not slacking :)).... The best trainer I trained with and couldn't ask for a better trainer then him. :)

I met Aaron at Pure Gym in February 2016 when I decided to get a personal trainer to help me reach my goals which are to loose weight and to be fit. I have been training with Aaron for the past 10 months and cannot recommend him enough. We do weight training as well as HIIT and Aaron has helped me on my journey of weight loss and being a healthier person. Not only does Aaron help me with exercise, he also recommends healthy diet and gives ideas of what to eat. He always pushes me that extra bit and is always motivating me. By training with Aaron I have seen a vast change in myself, I am closer to reaching my weight loss goal and I can do all these exercises which I could not perform when I first started training with Aaron. Aaron is also a really friendly person and makes you feel at ease when training with him. He also comes up with new exercises all the time which keeps the sessions fun and different. Training on my own would not have been as good as training with Aaron as him being a professional, he knows how much to push you or when not to and what exercises you can perform or not. He is a great personal trainer!

Aaron is the best trainer I ever had. Help me to loose weight and eat healthier. Thanks to him I'm more confident and I love my myself and how I look now. His training programme is really good and it's combined with intense workout and cardio. I couldn't achieve my goals without him. Definitely recommend to anyone who is struggling to loose weight or who wants to change lifestyle.
