About Fitmode Training

Greetings and thank you for taking the time to view my profile. Do you want to maximise your general fitness and athletic ability in order to perform well in a sporting event, leisure activity and in life? If you are, then I am eager to work with you to help you reach your goals. MY MISSION To provide quality fitness training, support and guidance for people who are committed to their physical development. After 10+ years of being a fitness coach, I pledge to continue ingraining tailored and effective exercises, training techniques and lifestyle habits into my clients to help them achieve their goals. TRAINING PROGRAM I have devised the Fitmode training program designed to get you fit, lean and athletic. The sessions are carefully designed to challenge your whole body in order to help you get the most out of the 1 hour duration, helping you to burn fat, develop muscle tone and increase strength and power. The emphasis of each session is bodyweight training. Good technique and safe progressions are encouraged and coached in order for you to maximize your fitness levels, athletic ability and to reduce the risk of injury. You will learn the fundamentals of effective body conditioning training so you can confidently implement them anywhere and in your own time to ensure faster and lasting results. In addition to the training sessions, you are entitled to the following: • Extra encouragement and support via phone and email to help you to accelerate your progress. • Your own customised personal fitness program including nutritional advice. • Goal setting and progress review. BACKGROUND/HISTORY The capabilities of the human body have always been a fascinating subject area for me ever since I can remember. As a child, I began to formally explore my own capabilities in the dojo whilst doing Shotokan Karate and achieving black belt status. I also took to the athletics track as a sprinter for Blackheath Harriers Athletics Club. My early sporting days taught me that honest effort and attention to detail were vital ingredients to uncovering my physical potential and this attitude hasn't left me. My love and appreciation for fitness and weight/resistance training came at around the age of 12 years old, when my uncle, who was a former bodybuilder, introduced me to the fundamentals of how to train effectively with free weights. This was an exciting time for me because it was another avenue where I could express my physical ability whilst learning under the stern and watchful eye of my uncle. Looking back, I recognised how fortunate I was to have this tuition as it was the time when those valuable lessons were instilled in me such as gym etiquette, attention to technique, effort and consistency. Aaron was the trainer / instructor and manager of the Corporate Gym I attended for 3 years. He's always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He conducted the classes very focussed on good posture and the preventation of injuries. There was plenty of variety in the classes, good humour and fun working together. I would highly recommend Aaron for personal training and for a very holistic approach to your training.

Aaron has been a great deal of help and support to me for a number of years at the gym. He has tailored several programmes for me, depending on my goals, and also guided me when recovering from injuries and an operation. His knowledge of nutrition and general well-being are excellent, he is always willing to help or provide advice and I could always rely on him to maintain my focus. Overall a fantastic gym manager and fitness coach!

I have been training with Aaron for the past 3 years now and I can safely say that over the 25 years I have been training, Aaron is one of the most knowledgeable I have come across. There are a lot of trainers out there who have limited experience who unfortunately do not train people correctly. Aaron cuts through the egotistical side of training and gives it to you pure and simply. His workouts are effective and range from easy to complex. I would recommend Aaron as a personal trainer without any hesitation.

Over the many years I have been Gym training I can honestly say Aaron Harris he is the best personal trainer/instructor I have ever came across. His technical knowledge over multi disciplines (work outs, boxing, nutrition to name a few) is second to none and on a personal level he is an intelligent person, easy to get along with and a great communicator. I would thoroughly recommend working with Aaron!
