For my fitness, I want to transform my physique more. To have an overall toned, strong, fit, lean body. Specifically I do like to tone & lift my breast area, to have bigger glutes, slim/toned thighs, arms and a strong core. far I have lost 3stones and would like to lose another stone minimum. I also want to do exercises good for the back as I may have strained my back muscles due to exercises I was doing before.

Yes my back. My guess is I may have strained my back muscles due to previous exercises I was doing therefore I do feel pain. I do have an assessment with a physiotherapist to have a look into this. This could also be due to my posture, my core and my 9-5 jobs. I am just guessing the latter. I haven’t been exercising as much as before but generally I have been doing it 1-2 times a week currently
