This is a tenanted property, we would like it resolved as soon as possible. When the light is turned on for the bathroom the extractor fan begins to function but the ceiling light does not illuminate. The tenants bought a new light fixture but apparently this didn’t change anything. I assume it’s something to do with the wiring but not sure.

This is the fuse for the boiler, it’s really temperamental and often the electrical circuit trips if we need to restart the boiler. We’ve found the boiler only has power when they bracket is screwed in this position. We’ve put a new fuse in which hasn’t helped.
