The waste pipe from the toilet has started leaking. I've pushed down on the sealant and its very soft. When flushing the toilet water leaks out from a few areas and appears the old sealed has deteriorated. The pipe is a bit wobbly too. Also, water appears to be coming out with some pressure, which I think that means there is possible a blockage too. I've applied some plumbers mait to try and reduce the flow of water and a towel as a temporary solution.
