My goal is to regain my fitness and tone my muscles. I want to feel better within myself physically and mentally! I’m not as fit as I used to be as with my job I work with dogs and all I do it walking so my fitness levels and stamina have dropped. I setup a gym membership just before lockdown and haven’t been able to put it it use yet!
