Hi, Im new to therapy and I’m looking for someone to help me deal with depression and anxiety. I have issues relating to an emotionally abusive past relationship which is affecting my current relationship and overall self esteem. I have a solid support system and I am comfortable discussing my problems to the people in my life, but feel I might benefit from a therapist who could suggest strategies to help manage my mental health and perhaps even offer CBT.
