I’ve recently come out of an 18 yr relationship and it has taken its toll on me. I’ve lost 3 stone in weight within the last year, and a sudden drop recently. I currently weigh 7 St 2 ounces. I would normally be just over 10 & half Stone so I’m concerned about that and also have become body conscious as my rib cage and collar bone stick out through my skin, the same with my shoulder blades. I was referred to the other day as looking worse than a starving Ethiopian which I found highly offensive. I need to work on bulking up, diet, and sticking to a gradual exercise plan to achieve this.

I have inner groin pain on my right side that has been determined by my urologist as having nerves that are crossed over between my lower belly down to the middle of my thigh caused by being abused as a young boy. I’ll have that pain for life, but if I don’t overwork it then it’s not as painful.

I suffer from PTSD, prefer a quieter area to work in. I don’t like sudden and loud noises. It takes me a while to settle into a new environment, I suffer from depression, hypotension, and under stress can have regular panic attacks. If there is a trainer near me that could do home visits I’d be happy to agree an alternative rate.
