Blem is a very polite, pleasant and professional trainer. He is very punctual (turns up early to all of my classes). Crucially, he has great attention to detail. If I am not doing a stretch quite right, he is always watching and on hand to correct me. Furthermore, he provides clear and constructive guidance/advice so I can do it properly in future. He is very patient! On some occassions, I have turned up to the class with a little niggle/problem e.g. my lower back may feel particularly tight. He uses his wealth of experience/ understanding of the body to teach me specific stretches to help reduce the tightness. Overall, Blem's classes have been great. He is also a very interesting person to talk to! Thank you Blem.
