Went to a group session as a beginner, was very accepted and she was very helpful with ensuring my positions were corrected whilst still helping others and maintaining a calming environment.

I’ve known Catherine for a couple of years, when I went to her to learn meditation. Since then I have been taught Hatha yoga by her. I was in a car accident quite a while ago which left me not being able to full move my neck or arms. After just a few sessions with Catherine my mobility improved greatly. Now I practice one to one with her to help with my marathon training. Catherine is a great teacher, calm and patient and I would highly recommend her as both a yoga and meditation teacher.

I have nine years of consistent Hatha Yoga teaching experience, and in this time I have been committed to delivering structured classes, assessing clients progression and remaining informative and professional throughout. I have worked with the Charity 'Mind' for many years delivering courses to those with mental health issues and physical disabilities. I thrived to maintain diversity in an inclusive class, and as a result, I achieved an ‘Outstanding’ from an Ofsted inspection for the Yoga course at Mind in Enfield. I also teach Yoga to children from the ages of 4-12 years, adopting a storytelling style of Yoga, which is a fun and interactive way for the children to learn about stories through movement and Yoga poses. I have been delivering Yoga classes for the elderly for the past 4 years and can also provide chair based Yoga sessions. In addition to this I have one-to-one clients, and enjoy tailoring sessions to meet their needs. Overall, I create individual and group Yoga plans and keep my work up to a high standard in order to deliver effective Yoga therapies, which are designed to incorporate a client’s individual needs, or the aims and goals of a group class. . I have a Diploma from the British School of Yoga (a nationally recognised qualification). I hold a Disclosure at the Enhanced level from the DBS and I have Public Liability Insurance
